Register your institution info before submitting a project
Pre-registering your institution name, contact details, and business registration in My Page → Profile allows your information to be auto-filled when submitting project requests — and helps build trust with analysis partners.
Register each analysis service as a separate project
When requesting multiple analyses (e.g., proteomics and metabolomics simultaneously), register each as a separate project. This allows you to receive specialized quotes from domain-specific analysis partners, improving both quality and cost efficiency.
Use private mode to protect your information
Enabling the 'Upload as Private' option during project registration keeps your project details from being publicly visible on the platform.
Make full use of Q&A and consultant support
Have questions about analysis methods, sample conditions, or turnaround times? Use the Q&A feature in My Page to ask analysis partners directly. If you're unsure which analysis service is right for you, request a free consultation with your dedicated consultant.

Q Is registration free? What costs are involved?
Client registration and platform use on OmicsPharm are completely free. Costs are incurred only when an analysis request results in a signed contract, based on the analysis partner's quoted price. Platform intermediary fees will be communicated separately in accordance with CellKey AI's service policy.
Q How long does it take to receive quotes after registering a project?
It depends on the collection period you set when registering your project, but typically multiple quotes are received from analysis partners within 2–5 business days. Once the collection period ends, quote submissions are automatically closed, and all received quotes can be compared and reviewed in My Page.
Q In what formats can I receive analysis results (reports)?
When registering your project, you can select multiple output formats under 'Requested Document Types' — including Korean report, English report, result images, and raw data. After analysis is complete, you can download results in your selected formats from My Page → Analysis Results.
Q How do I send my samples?
After the contract is signed, your dedicated consultant will coordinate the sample shipment method and schedule with you. Storage conditions (frozen, refrigerated, room temperature, etc.) and transportation requirements appropriate to your sample type will be confirmed in advance to ensure safe delivery to the analysis partner.
Q What if I'm not sure which analysis I need?
Request a free consultation with your dedicated consultant via the Contact Us. Tell us your research objectives and the type and quantity of samples you have, and we'll recommend the most suitable analysis service and the right analysis partner for your needs. If clear categorization is difficult, you can also select 'Custom Analysis' when registering your project and describe your requirements in free form.
Q Can I submit requests from overseas?
OmicsPharm currently operates as a Korea-based service, and we are preparing for global expansion. You can specify a preferred analysis country when registering your project. For inquiries related to international requests — such as connecting with overseas analysis partners or international sample shipping — please contact a consultant via the Contact Us.
